Order and collect
All the items on this website can be ordered for collection.

Send your order by email to bbiggar@bbporcelain.ie or by using the form on the contacts page. Please include the number of the item you wish to buy. We will send you an invoice which can be paid using Paypal or bank transfer. Once your payment is received, we will contact you to arrange for you to collect your item at a mutually convenient time.
By post
Brooches and small items may be ordered by clicking on the Paypal "Add to cart" buttons on this site. You may also order by email to bbiggar@bbporcelain.ie or by using the form on the contacts page. (Brenda does not recommend sending larger pieces (vases, plates, bowls) by post, as the risk of breakage is too great.)
Packing and shipping will be added to all orders. The website automatically adds the charges for shipping within Ireland. International orders incur an additional charge, set out below. Unfortunately, the Paypal website doesn't enable us to process this automatically at present, so we would ask international buyers to contact us by email at bbiggar@bbporcelain.ie to arrange settlement of international shipping charges.
Please note that items shipped to destinations outside the EU or Northern Ireland may be liable for local taxes and duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
